Our Journey
At Della Casa Pasta, we believe great food starts with passion and dedication. What began as a small, family-run, woman-owned operation has grown into a trusted partner for top restaurants and distributors across Texas.
Over the years, our journey has been shaped by hard work, resilience, and a deep commitment to producing exceptional fresh pasta that elevates menus and simplifies production for restaurants and culinary professionals.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, fresh pasta that allows chefs to focus on creativity while we handle the pasta-making process.


Our Story
We started small, using home mixers in commercial kitchens and selling our pasta at local farmers markets in Houston. These humble beginnings allowed us to connect with customers who valued the fresh, homemade taste of pasta made with care.
As our reputation grew, we opened a fresh pasta restaurant, but Hurricane Harvey forced us to close. However, that challenge became a turning point. It led us to our first major wholesale customer, the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Houston.
From there, our focus shifted, and today we proudly provide fresh pasta to over 60 food establishments, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, airlines, caterers, and hospitality groups.
