Our Journey
At Della Casa Pasta, we believe great food starts with passion and dedication. What began as a small, family-run, woman-owned operation has grown into one of the most trusted names in fresh pasta in Texas. Over the years, our journey has been shaped by hard work, resilience, and a deep commitment to providing authentic, high-quality food that makes mealtime easy for families and restaurants alike.
Our goal is to provide the best fresh pasta and meals in Texas, that are not only delicious but also convenient, allowing busy families to enjoy handmade pasta at home with ease.


Our Story
We began small, using home mixers in commercial kitchens and selling our pasta at local farmers markets in Houston. These humble beginnings allowed us to connect with customers who truly appreciated the fresh, homemade taste of pasta made with care.
As our following grew, we opened a fresh pasta restaurant, but Hurricane Harvey had other plans, forcing us to close. However, that setback became a turning point. It led us to our first major customer, the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Houston. From there, our reputation flourished, and we began serving some of the best restaurants in Texas.
Our Facility
To offer our customers an immersive experience in the art of pasta making, we opened our pasta manufacturing facility and store. It is a vibrant and dynamic space where all the magic unfolds.
In this open environment, visitors can witness the dedication, expertise, and craftsmanship that goes into every batch of pasta while exploring a curated selection of pasta products and imported goods.
